Can you handle QuickBooks Desktop on a server, or should we move to the cloud?

Either. We host and maintain QuickBooks Desktop properly when a firm wants to keep it, and we’ll give you an honest read on when a hosted or online version makes more sense for you.

Will you do maintenance during tax season?

Only what protects you. Security patches keep going, but upgrades, migrations and anything disruptive get scheduled after April 15 unless you tell us otherwise.

Do you help with the IRS written information security plan (WISP)?

Yes. We put the technical controls in place and hand you the documentation for your plan. The plan stays yours; we keep the evidence behind it current.
